Our total liability to you for all damages shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately. Data retention and deletion will be handled according to our Privacy Policy and applicable laws.

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of South Africa, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa.
